Wassaa, the Western Australian Steiner Schools Alumni Association, was formed in August 2019 and aims to formally launch on 19 September 2019, which is the worldwide celebration of 100 years of Waldorf education. Details of the launch will be posted here.
Wassaa membership is open to past students, parents, employees and volunteers of WA Steiner Schools, who have attended one of those schools for at least 12 month. Go to the Members page for information.
At the time of establishing the Association, the objects of Wassaa are:
(1) To support and advance Steiner education in the world by connecting people with a shared experience of Steiner education.
(2) To provide a link between Steiner schools and and Alumni.
(3) To highlight and celebrate the outcomes of Steiner education.
